Terms of service
by commisioning me you agree to the below conditions. if broken,it will lead in a graylist, blacklist or a ban from purchase.♠ My art shall not be used commercially unless agreed upon,in which there will by a up charge from 100%+ to 600%+ depending on the product and situation,and if it is done indie or not,
♠ My designs come with full commercial right for the character itself ,but not for the artwork they originally come with,
♠ I do not work with people that invest in NFT's CRYPTO or anything of the like,as well I do not agree for my art to be used for NFT's nor will I ever invest or create them.
♠ All payment is upfront, refunds are not allowed unless I initiate them. My turn around is about 5 weeks max,but with a larger queue,larger order and the like the waiting period will increase
♠ If desired,I can provide a speedpaint for the drawing,but it must be stated before hand that one is desired.
♠ I retain all rights to the artwork,to use to promote myself,as portfolio fodder or anything of the like including indirect commercial use.
♠ I do not allow for my artwork to be traced,referenced,heavily referenced, used ,refurnished,recolored,etc.
